Yvette Younger companions with Walrus Audio on new signature pedal, the Qi Etherealizer Guitar Contact

NAMM 2025: After unveiling its new end-of-chain follow software, Canvas Rehearsal, earlier this week, Walrus Audio is holding the NAMM items coming with the introduction of the Qi Etherealizer, a stereo multi-effects pedal developed in partnership with Covet guitarist Yvette Younger.

Combining Refrain, Delay, Granular results and Reverb, Qi Etherealizer is described as an “expansive artistic playground for musicians searching for inspiration to create sounds and discover lush, evolving soundscapes”.

The pedal permits gamers to combine and match the onboard results, working them both in sequence or in parallel configurations, opening up a world of sonic choices.

The Qi Etherealizer options the debut of Walrus Audio’s new proprietary digital processing platform, MDSP, which is alleged to set “a brand new customary in high-fidelity audio and modern design”. That is powered by an ARM-based Cortex M7 processor, which grants “superior processing capabilities, unmatched efficiency and limitless artistic potentialities”.

By way of controls, the Qi Etherealizer sports activities a Area knob, which provides “lush, ambient reverb” to the affected sign; Tone, a synth-style low-pass filter to form the general tone; Grain, which grants two modes of grainy results; a Delay part, with as much as two seconds of delay time, suggestions management, and three subdivision choices; and a complete Refrain part, too.

I would like folks to consider their melodies and the way they will begin to sound rather less guitar-y and extra magical!”

Priced at $449 – and obtainable in two colors, Black or a customized Younger-designed model – the Qi Etherealizer is on the market to pre-order now, and can ship starting 3 February. Moreover, Yvette Younger has signed 100 items and might be promoting these on her web site “quickly”.
